Stated Communication

From The East

My Brothers,

Great first meeting! Looks like we are going to have an active and great year.

Thank you for all of you that came out to work and support the Community Service Day. It was a great success. The fire, police and ambulance service folks enjoyed themselves and appreciate what we did for them.

Our next charitable events will be Thanksgiving dinners for the needy as well as toys for the Ronald McDonald House.

For The Thanksgiving Holiday, we will be providing boxed dinners for 10 needy families. The lodge will provide the frozen turkeys, and we the members can provide the rest. A signup sheet will be posted at our next stated communications. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

The next one is near and dear to my heart! This will be our 3rd year of giving toys to the kids at the Ronald McDonald House. Please bring any new unopened "nice" toy (no coloring books or crayons) to the October, November and December's Stated Communications. Every gift submitted will earn you a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize. The winner will be drawn at the December's meeting and the winner will have their dues paid for the next

Masonic year. Every kid deserves a Christmas!

Last but not least...

This year our normal gun raffle (AR-15) will be changed to a "Sportsman's Raffle". It will be a $750 Cabala's Gift Card as 1st prize and a $250 Cabala's Gift Card as 2d prize. This will allow the winner to get whatever they want. Tickets will be $20 each with max tickets sold of 300.

May the Great Architect of the Universe bless you and your families!

Fraternally Yours,
W∴M∴ Stephane (Steve) G. Sabourin, PM
