My Brothers,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope you all had a wonderful and joyous year. I pray that 2018 will be a year of happiness, prosperity, hope, charity, health, love and brotherhood to all of you. I am proud to say that St. John's Lodge No.2 is definitely honoring the Grand Masters theme this year...we are in motion!

The Ladies At The Table event held on Dec. 2nd was a great success and fun was had by all. Dilly Dilly!

December 18th we again delivered toys

to the Ronald McDonald house for the kids and the families staying with there. I'm pretty sure there will be smiles on kid's faces during this holiday season because of Masons.

Congratulation to Bobby Crystal for winning the toy drive raffle!!

As discussed at our last meeting, we bought and delivered food to Victory Village for the holidays. The vets were very thankful but I believe we are the ones who should be thankful for their service and sacrifice.

Special thanks to Kevin Boulware, Jason Sakeley, and Tom Ventura for installing the new lights in the banquet room...LOOKS GREAT!

Our Grand Lodge Visit is our next major event. GET YOUR TICKETS EARLY! The Grand Lodge Visit date and location has changed for this year. The date has been changed to Saturday February the 10th and the location will be 115 Moorton Rd, Dover, DE 19904.

We will be celebrating Mardi Gras with the Grand Master and it promises to be a great event! If you have been to one of our Grand Lodge Visit in the past couple year's you know we know how to have a good time...if you haven't you are missing out. The dinner will be $35 each, which includes the after party, or $15 for just the after party (after the GL visit) adult beverages and dancing.

4:30‐5:00pm Hors d'oeuvres
5:00‐7:00pm Dinner
7:00‐8:00pm Lodge
8:00‐12:00am After Party

The menu will consist of New Orleans / Mardi Gras traditional favorites. Our dinner guest will also enjoy bourbon tasting and the ladies will enjoy a comedic magician show.

As we stand on the threshold of the new year with cheer, hope and joy in our hearts. I wish you my dear brothers a year full of happiness, health and success. Happy New Year.

As always, I look forward to seeing each and every one of you.

Fraternally Yours,
W∴M∴ Stephane (Steve) G. Sabourin, PM
