Have You Considered
Leaving A Legacy?
Have you considered leaving a Legacy to your lodge, St. John's Lodge No 2? If you have, please make sure that St. John's Lodge No 2
is included in your Wills and Trusts so that your legacy can continue to help promote Freemasonry in the State of Delaware
long after you have left your brethren behind. Freemasonry in Delaware has just celebrated its 200th anniversary. With your
help, maybe it can celebrate its 300th one day.
I regard the Masonic Instutution as one of the means ordained by the Supreme Architect to enable mankind to work out the problem of destiny;
to fight against, and overcome, the weaknesses and imperfections of his nature, and at last to attain to that true life of which death is
the herald and the grave the portal.

In July 1863, Confederate raiders rode into Versailles, IN, capturing the local militia and stealing the county treasury. The next

following day. Morgan was from Davies Lodge No.22, Lexington, KY.
